Your Path, Our Support

Empowering People. Strengthening Families. Creating Pathways Forward.

Professional, person-centred and trauma-informed NDIS supports for children, young people, adults and families.

Empower Path Services is a registered NDIS provider offering therapeutic and everyday supports tailored to each participant’s individual needs, strengths and goals.

Our therapeutic services are led by Navdeep Kour, AASW Accredited Social Worker and EMDR-trained practitioner, with professional experience across mental health, torture and trauma recovery, neurodiversity, family violence, school refusal, disability, and child and family wellbeing.

We also provide practical NDIS supports through carefully selected support workers, helping participants build independence, participate in their communities and work towards meaningful everyday goals.

Why Choose Empower Path Services?

Our therapeutic services are led by an experienced Accredited Social Worker.

Trauma-informed

We understand that people’s experiences can influence their wellbeing, relationships and behaviour. Support is provided with safety, dignity and choice at its centre.

Individualised

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all support. We work collaboratively with participants and families to understand what matters to them.

Neurodiversity-affirming

We recognise individual differences, strengths, communication styles and support needs.

Flexible support

Depending on the service, support may be available face-to-face or through Telehealth.
